[Product Description]


HongJin Pipe Welder I is designed to make pipe to pipe or fitting welds. Interchangeable guide rings mount the carriage on the pipe, allowing a broad pipe size range from 6” and larger.

The Pipe Welder I improves productivity by increasing arc rate and reducing repair rate, and consistently producing good quality of welds.

• High Productivity up to five times compared to SMAW

• RT defect rate of less than 1.0%

• Productivity: 100~150 Dia.-Inch/day

• Even an amateur can create a qualification within 10 ~ 15days training

• Memory & Play back of welding conditions (Welding speed, voltage, current, Wire Feed Speed,  Weaving, etc.)

• Distance between Pipes: Min. 270mm (Carriage Height 230mm)

• Pipe Size: 6” and Larger

• Pipe Wall Thickness: Over 6mm

• Deposition Rate: 50g/min (3 Times higher than SMAW)

• Equipment Setting and dismantling time: Each within 1 Minute

• Carriage Weight: 10Kg

• Power Source-Carriage distance: Max. 50m and Over

• Economic Operation of Piping Shop Fabrication (Crane using eliminated, Equipment installation space is not required, Fully automatic welding process at all joint, and Downscale of Shop Area)
